Chris Norton is an owner and director of Mentor Group, a global training and coaching firm based in Hertfordshire. His hands-on experience comes from many years working at leadership levels in leading firms such as Dell and Honeywell. Chris's other passion is Watford FC - where he is Chairman of their Charitable Trust.
